"I just wanted to thank you for having the most amazing staff.  I have never had a bill that wasn't paid, however, because of circumstances in our life and also the wrong companies being billed, or nothing sent into other insurance companies.  We were hit with $30,000 plus in bills.  We had a bunch of collection agencies hit us at the same time.  It was overwhelming.  Some people tried to scare us, some tried to trick us, it was awful.  However your people, explained everything, asked how they could help us work this out, when I explained I needed time they said no problem, when I explained I was stressed out and was afraid I would forget a payment they said not to worry they would send a reminder.  They were doing a great job getting what was due to your clients, and in the same time helping me not to be so stressed over what I had to do.  I then followed your companies example and went back to the other companies and said this is what I need to happen in order for me to pay what I need to pay.  They listened.  The right companies have been billed and $28,000 has been paid to the right people.  Now I am making payments to all the companies for what is left..  What no one knew was that I have a special needs child, and a teen who was in a life and death situation when this all hit me.  Many times I kept forgetting to call them back when I said I would from so much stress every time I said I was sorry when they would call they said no problem, and asked how we could work this out.  I am so thankful to all your workers.  The were a business who needed to get paid, but they were compassionate and understanding.  I am excited to be paying up my bills now.  I was so happy to see the letter to remind me to pay.  With all my heart I thank you.  Both of my children are also doing well now.  God bless you!!!  Please tell your workers how great a job they are doing!!!  Especially, Cindy, Shannon and Robert the office manager."  - Glenda
