Charles C. Martin, Jr.,
Chairman
Mr. Martin is a second generation owner taking on the leadership reins of the company in 1979. “Charlie” is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and obtained his law degree from what is now the Nashville School of Law. As Chairman, Mr. Martin brings over 45 years of leadership and vision that has enabled Frost-Arnett to continue to fulfill its mission and maintain its position in the industry. |

George Buck
President
George Buck is responsible for the strategic direction and management of all aspects of the company. Additionally, he is responsible for the commitment to the values and competencies that has positioned Frost-Arnett as a leader in its industry. Mr. Buck has more than 32 years of accounts receivable and collection management experience, having previously served as Division Manager and 15 years as Vice President of Sales prior to being named President in 2003. |

Paul Sachtleben, MBA
Chief Operating Officer
Paul Sachtleben is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and the MBA program of Belmont University. Mr. Sachtleben has overall responsibility for the direction, management, and performance of all of Frost-Arnett’s operations and products. Since joining Frost-Arnett he has developed and implemented company-wide performance-monitoring methods and procedures and, implemented work standards for FAC collectors across all sites. He is also been responsible for FAC’s long-term strategic technology direction and information technology systems and processes. |

Tom Needels, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Tom Needels is responsible for all of the company’s financial matters and relationships, including banking relations, financial management, cash management, capital investments and external financial reporting. Needels began his career with Frost-Arnett Company in 2003. His previous experience includes serving with Primus Financial Services and with Byrd, Proctor and Mills, PC. Mr. Needels holds a B.A. in Finance from Murray State and is a Certified Public Accountant. |
