The Frost-Arnett Difference.
Frost-Arnett is a family-owned company in the Accounts Receivable space, based in Nashville, Tennessee. We celebrated our 125-year anniversary in March of 2018.
We have three offices, one here in Nashville, one in Houston, Texas and one in Campbellsville, Kentucky. And, we’re proud of our 90% customer retention rate.
Our services include early-out, bad debt recovery, as well as pre-certification, pre-service, insurance follow-up and cleanup work for legacy systems. While we are a strong and powerful partner, we’ve always focused on being nimble and easy to work with.
We are PCI-certified, and employe technology in every possible way to improve recoveries for our client base. People are the backbone of our company, and every representative has to complete a 90-day training program.
During our long history, we remain focused on doing the hard right over the easy wrong. Evidence of that came when into 2017 when we won the Ethical Commerce Award from the Better Business Bureau. This was a competition that was open to any type of business—this was not a call center or agency award—so we competed against restaurants, manufacturers and healthcare providers. I think the fact that a collection agency could win this type of award speaks volumes about how we do our business.
