“I just spoke with Jerome (patient) and he wanted to ‘sing the praises’ of the excellent service he received from Laura (collection representative) today! He said he has spent 4 hours between the (physician group), the credit bureau and the hospital trying to get his issue resolved and Laura was able to help him understand what happened and how it was going to be corrected. He said Laura was attentive, fabulous, wonderful and an amazing help to him across the board. He said that due to her excellent listening skills she was able to understand his situation without him having to repeat it several times, as he has had to do with other places he has called. He said it is not every day that he has the opportunity to speak to someone with Laura’s patience and understanding!”
