Always great to receive unsolicited positive feedback from clients like the one we received today:

“I wanted to commend Megan, you, and the entire referral team that works with our department. When I first started this position five years ago to review orders, authorizations, and billings, we were repeatedly only three days out requesting insurance authorizations for appointments that had often been made six to twelve months before the scheduled date. I find that we are currently requesting authorizations four weeks ahead for many of the scheduled appointments, and that makes a huge difference for our patients in many ways. Also, whenever I contact Megan regarding an order change, a facility authorization change, CPT code or work queue issues, or any follow up needed, she and her team react in a very timely way with significant results.
