Employee Voice at Frost-Arnett

Frost-Arnett uses many avenues to allow everyone to have a voice and express suggestions to support an innovative and growing culture. These opportunities include:

  • Annual Employee Survey- we conduct this survey each year to engage employee satisfaction with communication, leadership, compensation, benefits as an opportunity to provide feedback to the senior leadership team.
  • Company Wellbeing Survey- provides feedback on individual desires for health and wellness activities in the company.
  • The Frost-Arnett Virtual Suggestion Box- This is one of the many ways that allow all employees to provide immediate ideas that promote company innovation and feedback. This suggestion box is directly connected to the senior leadership team and responses can be submitted by all employees at any time and receive a personalized response.
  • The Rusty Duke Award for Outstanding Achievement- is a company-wide award established to recognize a single employee throughout the organization that lives the Frost-Arnett Values. The 2020 recipient of the Rusty Duke Award was Amy Higgins, Third-Party Supervisor in the Campbellsville, KY office. She was nominated by her peers and received a company-wide recognition award and cash prize.
  • The Frost-Arnett Employee Panel- was established in 2018 to create an employee activities group comprised of diverse employees throughout the organization for the purpose of providing feedback, creating employee engagement activities, and implementing activities that celebrate the Frost-Arnett Culture. Over the last year, our Employee Panel group was responsible for an array of activities both within the company and the community at large.

Employee Engagement

We take employee engagement very seriously at Frost-Arnett as we welcome the opportunity to interact with each other and the community and celebrate our accomplishments.

  • Employee Selected Spirit Days to include Stress Awareness Days, Group Stretching, Favorite Sports Day, Memorial Day- Hero Appreciations, of your Hero, Flag Day, Kentucky Derby Day, and many more.

*We’ve kept these activities going company-wide with our Frost-Arnett Virtual Connection Program that allows all employees to participate in virtual activities including a bi-weekly Q&A with the President and CEO.

  • Employer-Provided Engagement activities include Catered Quarterly Luncheons, On-site Food Trucks, Friends, and Family events, a 2020 Celebration of the New Company Facility, Healthy and Wellness Activities through the Healthy Mindset at Frost-Arnett Wellbeing Program. The wellness program allows everyone to participate in up to 7 wellness activities each year and all employees that complete at least 4 events receive a gift card. Activities include Walking Challenges, Financial Wellness Education, Health Cooking Information, Smoking Cessation Education, and on-site health screenings.
  • Employee Contest- there are contests that occur daily, weekly, and monthly contests to keep staff motivated, challenged, and excited to deliver great service. We run contests where customer care representatives can win cash and prizes.

Community Involvement

  • Halloween at Frost-Arnett – We hosted the annual event at Frost-Arnett giving candy to all children in the community to allow a safe place to celebrate the holiday. Employees participated in collecting and passing out candy. We have hosted for 10+ years to support all children in the community. FA also regularly
  • Kiwanis Bike Program – We collected over 80 bikes for the “Kiwanis Bike Program” that accepts used or new bikes for restoration for distribution in the community.
  • National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day – we provided treats and an opportunity for law enforcement at the Campbellsville Police Department to visit Frost-Arnett.
  • Charitable Donations – We have provided both monetary and item donations to various organizations including The Food Pantry with employee donated non-perishables, The Kids Spot for Children with Speech and Autism concerns, Project Graduation that supports all local high schools, Friends of Green River to support Day at the Lake Lots of activities, The Angel Tree Foundation, Toys for Tots, The Backpack Program for local schools, and Radio Station Q104 Halloween Bash for children in the community.

Company Celebrations

At Frost-Arnett we celebrate a variety of events including Collector of the Month, Employee of the Year, Birthdays, Employee Anniversaries, outstanding work performance, and employee milestones.
